Hello. I'm Andi Steinemann.
I grew up and worked in Switzerland, then spent 5 years in New Zealand on various building projects.
For a decade I’ve been employed by Swiss company Arbos as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
I resettled in Carterton three years ago, and am enjoying bringing my international and local experience in building and design to the Wairarapa.

Steinemann Builders in Carterton: several new residential buildings, alteration work & restaurants
2004-2014
Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for Arbos AG in Switzerland.
2015: Returned to New Zealand.
2015-Now
Andi has settled in Carterton and worked on many projects in Wairarapa and Wellington with a focus on design for sustainable, prefabricated, warm and affordable homes.
